Refund Policy

At Blume Bloom, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your artificial flower stems or arrangements, we offer a 14-day return policy for US domestic customers.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

1. Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund.

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees for both domestic and international returns. For international returns, customers are also responsible for any local taxes and VAT fees that may apply. Please note that we do not provide return labels for international customers.

3. Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including the original shipping box.

4. Inspection Process: Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it is in its original condition and free from damage.

5. Refund Process: If the returned item passes the inspection and meets our return policy criteria, a refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

Please note that any items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
